Poor Service

Terrible service. They do not answer calls. They do not respond to e-mails. They do not update records promptly. System will still show that your membership is suspended due non payment even more than two weeks after paying the outstanding amount. There is no any other alternative number or e-mail address to lodge complains. So pathetic.
