Poor Service.

I am very disappointed with the service that I am receiving from the SACE online platform, I have been sent from pillar to post since October 2024 with my application for Registration Status Update. I called a number of times and sent emails requesting for status update and I was told to wait 6 weeks and this was now in January 2025, after I waited 6 weeks with no communication from their side I decided to call them again and the service agent told me that I needed to certify my academic record and I asked why did I not receive a PAM letter to inform me of the outstanding documents so that I can resubmit. The very same day I resubmitted and waited until today 09/04/2025 where I received feedback that my application was unsuccessful due to no ID document attached and Deposit slip for R200, which I had no correspondence from SACE stating this. I’m sure at this point I have paid R300 if not more for this application, this is very poor service and exploitation to people seeking to better their future.
