Pathetic service SACE Centurion

Absolutely pathetic service from SACE. I just drove from Roodepoort to collect my SACE certificate only to get there and be told the office is closed for some server maintenance. Then when I try phone it says there was a positive covid case. I checked on their Facebook and website and both say they will be open today. A lady from SACE came out to put up a sign but refused to speak with me. All I needed to do was fetch my certificate that I have been trying to get sorted for 2 years!
