Pathetic service from SACE

I have been trying to call SACE offices from Monday and they refuse to answer the phones. I have also sent them 2 emails with no response. SACE suspended my membership and I paid the money owing , which I was unaware of, as my SACE was going out of my salary every month. However I was given a bill and told that no payment has been received from me. I then paid the stipulated amount and my status STILL shows suspended with no payment received. There is no way to query this as they do not respond to emails or answer their phones. They wish for us to pay them but there's no way to contact this paid service when you need them.
