Pathetic service ever

This has to be worst council for educators, bad service ever. I have been trying to call them and it’s been over a year not getting someone to talk to, I tried to update my status but still no luck, I made a payment online, my money was deducted. No response on the emails. I wanted to make an EFT payment then there are no banking details
