Horrible Service

Horrible service!! Don’t think the staff are able to do their job! I registered 5 MONTHS ago and still there’s no outcome!! I sent them my reference number and I was told that they sent my certificate to someone else. That someone else is not me! And that’s were they leave it! Don’t even care about my ID NUmber! Their whole system is a **** show!!!
