HIGHYLY DISSAPPOINTED

One star is actually too much! This is unacceptable. I submitted my online application last week and still have not received any feedback. After numerous attempts, I finally got through on the 15th call, only to be met by an unprofessional representative who was unwilling to assist me. I am deeply disappointed with SACE’s service and intend to escalate this matter further.
