Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Accountability: A Disastrous Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the way SACE handles applications and communicates with applicants. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, inefficient, and unprofessional.

On March 28, we submitted all required documents online, following the exact instructions provided by SACE. Despite this, we received a message stating that our application was "unsuccessful" without any clear reason. Assuming this was an error, we resubmitted the application, yet received no confirmation of acceptance. To date, after multiple attempts—having uploaded the documents three to four times—we have yet to receive any confirmation or even an acceptance letter via email.

The most concerning part is the complete lack of response from SACE. We have attempted to call numerous times, only to be met with endless ringing, calls being cut off, or, in some cases, staff outright hanging up. This is unacceptable for an organization responsible for processing essential documentation for educators.

What makes this even worse is that many other applicants share similar experiences. We have seen individuals who physically went to SACE for assistance, only to be sent back home and told to "apply online." These same individuals have faced the same issues—unsuccessful applications and no response when seeking help. The response from SACE staff that they "don’t know" why this is happening and that applicants should "just keep trying" is completely unacceptable. This is not how a professional institution should operate, nor is it an appropriate way to handle urgent matters affecting educators' ability to work.

It is beyond frustrating that SACE, an organization entrusted with supporting educators, is instead failing them at every step. The lack of communication, poor service, and complete disregard for the urgency of these applications is unacceptable. I am not only disappointed but also outraged at this incompetence, and I am now at a loss for what further steps to take.

SACE must urgently address these inefficiencies and take responsibility for the chaos they are creating for educators who simply want to fulfill their professional duties.
