Bad Service

This is the worst performing institution in South Africa .It is impossible to get through to their office .I tried for one whole week .Eventually I got through and spoke to a lady .She was quiet for almost 2 minutes .I asked her if she is still there and she said yes .She kept asking me to repeat the SACE number which I did and then the call just died .Tried calling again but it just rings .Everyone at SACE must be fired with immediate effect .The service is beyond bad .
