South African Consumer Protection Agency

I approached this company after reading an advert that they assist in debt review removal. The activation fee required was paid and my first instalment was deducted. Up until the payment of the activation fee I received regular correspondence from them. After the first instalment was paid, I heard nothing from them and contacted them out of my own as to obtain progress report. I was the informed that the company contracted by them to help was unable to fulfil their obligation and that yhey would use another company to assist or they would repay my fees. That was more than a week ago and I still have not heard from them.
