They claim to exist to serve an underserved community but have proven to take more than they give. Presents itself as a non-profit but operates like a business. In my experience I ended up paying membership fees but actually gained nothing as an entrepreneur. SACBC is focused on a numbers game, by that I mean that their only focus is on accumulating members so that they can cash in on the membership fees. Bogus benefits are advertised. Shockingly, the board of directors actually owe me money for fees that I invested in their launch. It's nearly a year now, and I am still awaiting my reimbur*****t.
