24 Hour Response Time, Personal Course Advisor, Not Just Another,Staff that Go the Extra Mile. lots of promises but utterly poor service from the start of my studying journey. from not activating my courses to robbing me of mykaplan learning platform which was promised. its been super poor. being a student of them is a waste of time wouldnt recommend it. even booking an exam is impossible.
