PAY BACK THE MONEY

I enquired about doing a course through this institution - They were fast to send me an invoice to pay. Which I did within the hour. The service thereafter has been appalling. They are not transparent with their processes and protocols. They are efficient in claiming payment though. The communication is dismal - I cancelled everything and sent my refund docs to get my money back so I can move to a more reputable institution. NOTHING - still waiting, it seems like they are quicker to request payment, than they are to provide service and refunds.
