Wreckless Truck Driver

I was driving on a single lane road in Odi Section Mabopane around 11am today (12 April 2019), approaching a T-junction when I saw this SAB truck (FG 52 JN GP) turning right into my direction and decided to stop about 200/300m before the T-junction to allow it enough space to turn. As the truck turned it went more into my lane , fast approaching the incoming traffic without a sign of slowing down. I started flicking my lights and hooting out of panic, trying to alert the driver to slow down. As I did that, I started noticing that this whole act was some form of a joke for the driver and his passenger and I could clearly see them laughing with every sign of panic from my side (hand gestures and my mouth moving as I was shouting at the time). This continued to a point where on my side I started tearing up thinking that perhaps the truck breaks were failing as they drove closer and closer towards my car. I gathered they were amused by the fact that my car was small and the truck was a giant next to it. They eventually stopped and I screamed further even though at this point they still could not hear anything I was saying as I was still in my car. After a bit of time I decided to reverse the car so to give myself enough gap in order to be able to make a pass to my right (the lane for cars going in the opposite direction) and continue with my journey, but as I did that they kept driving closer and closer to my car while continuing with their laughter. I shouted at them yet again this time even more annoyed and sickened by their deliberate stupid actions. Eventually I managed to pass right, still fuming and panicked. And as I continued on my journey I decided to turn back and follow them to where they were going and found them at a tavern not far from where the incident had taken place. I got out and gave them a piece of my mind and they seemed very unbothered to me. As people came watching and started asking questions about what was going on, they changed the story to suit them claiming that none of my claims was deliberate as the truck needed 2 lanes to turn. None of them apologized, and they were just calm and smiling through my shouting, unbothered again. I even told them I thought they were this calm because they knew they were wrong and deliberate about how this whole thing turned out. I want these guys called to order and I also want them to apologize to me for endangering my life like this. My life is no joke for anyone to amuse themselves about. Unfortunately I did not get their names (but I am sure you can track them based on the truck registration number, the place and time) but would appreciate feedback on the matter.
