Worst Service Ever

I am literally gatvol with SAB service and the fact that you dont understand that we retail sellers need the alcohol to put food on the table , this is happening for second time in a row during month end , my delivery was supposed to be on 28th of September 2021 , Order Id *** , account no. 628204 and not to mention the lying sales rep Khauhelo who does little to nothing to attend to our queries . PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! Furthermore, I see my ordered is ready to be delivered on Friday 1st of October but modified with no Hansa , Castle Lager and shocking some outlets do get them ..
