Useless South Afrcan Breweries

I Have been trying over the past 3 months to contact the SA Breweries regarding the non existence of stock of 500ml Cans of Hansa Beer to ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT! They DO NOT answer the Customer Care Line Phone, and the Online Portal never gets a reply!! What is actually going on there?? Is anyone actually working there still? Even the Merchandisers in the Bottle Stores say they have a problem, but no-one knows what it is!
