To reiterate my original concerns, I reported encountering chipped beer bottles, as shown in the pictures I provided. This is not an isolated incident, and the repeated occurrence of such defects not only diminishes trust in your products but also poses a significant health risk to consumers. The possibility of glass contamination is alarming and unacceptable. In addition to losing money by disposing of these products, the lack of a timely response from SAB only adds to the frustration. I believe this matter requires urgent attention and action to prevent further risk to your customers and to uphold the standards associated with your brand. I am requesting a formal response detailing the steps you will take to address these issues, both in terms of quality control and ensuring customer safety. Your lack of engagement so far is disappointing, and I urge you to prioritize this matter moving forward.
