Unexpected disappointing service

I purchased a case of Castle dumpies, upon opening my first one and having a nice sip I tasted something disgusting that seems to have been raw. after checking a few, went to return to the bottle store.I was informed that I must call SAB. I called and lodged a complaint, they then told me I will be contacted within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and nothing, I called again and was told I will be phoned within 2 days(this was last week) Then I called yesterday and was told I will be phoned within a few hours.....and guess what????? still nothing, this is definitely not type of servie I expect from a company like SAB
