South African Breweries Accounts Harresing People for over 5 years.

About 5 years ago i got a new prepaid cellphone contract for my wife. A few weeks later i received a call from SA Breweries about a unpaid account. I explained to them that this is a new contract and the number belongs to someone else now. They promised to rectify this. Over 5 years later and we still receive the call from accounts. Stops a few months and starts again after a few months. I have spoken to managers, supervisors and also sent messages on the SA Breweries website but to date not received any apology, any callback about resolving this issue and no feedback whatsoever. And the haressment continues each month.5 years Haressment is ridiculous.
