I had a delivery on the 5/01/2024 where there was 2 products not on the truck but on my invoice. The driver told my manager he will credit it when he gets back at the depot. The total amount is R6557.77 that needs to be credited. I told my rep about it on the same day and he said he would follow up on it. He told me on the 8/01/2024 that it was done and the credit will show soon on my account. Since the 8/01/2024 I have heard nothing back from my rep and he only reads my whatsapp's and he does not reply. I feel SAB can cancel the visits the reps make to my bottlestore, just a waste of money.
