Shocking Service

South African Breweries is adamant claiming that they have delivered stock to me amounting to about R68 000.00. My problem is that, I did not place this order and the invoice is also not signed by me. When I enquired further, the SAB is saying that the stock was delivered to 14th Avenue (Mavhungu's Place), in Alexandra and the name of my business is Mavhungu's Pub; which is located at no.100 16th Avenue, Alexandra. The SAB has also mentioned that the tracking device is showing that the truck spent two hours off loading the stock at 14th Avenue. My first question is, how can the stock get delivered to 14th Avenue while my business is situated at 100-16th Avenue? Secondly, who placed the order and who signed for it? <br> <br> I need the Warehouse Manager; The Accounts Manager and the Sales Rep to contact me and make me understand of what went wrong here and who is accountable of this mess?
