Perhaps hellopeter should seriously consider putting a zero rating, because this is where this company belongs.

We ordered statements for a client on suspicion of *****. They sent the statement, then declared them invalid when serious questions were asked on the statement, then sent an incomplete statement and said that one was valid. They debited an amount that was more than what was owed by a whooping R80,000. Again on questioning their actions they reversed that transaction.

To cut story short, they've blocked my client's account with a credit balance. We've now involved lawyers because the company management is that arrogant. We have now ordered 4 more client's statements, which we have been waiting for over a month. The last statement we got from them was chopped into 6 pieces.
