South African Breweries should be ashamed of their complete incompetence, tardy service and unbelieveably bad lack of planning. Their credit and accounts department do not work. They do not provide monthly statements, and when one does receive the odd statement,(which one has to beg for) a masters degree in accountency in needed to decifer it. But more worrying is the fact that the list of products that a out of stock increases by the week. They are the national brewerie and have a monopoly, yet they are incapable of servicing their customers.

A joly good shake-up is what they need.
