SABMAS

I have been trying to assist my father in law for over a year now with an outstanding bill with the doctors dating back to 2023. I am at my wits end and no-one seems interested or can assist us at SABMAS. The doctors have now blacklisted my father in law and refuse to dispense medication any longer. His medication is chronic which includes medicines for diabetes and heart conditions. Problem was this: medical aid paid the chronic medication from savings and then reversed it and subsequently have never settled the doctor. We have made numerous phone calls to the medical, spent hours on the phone with copious amounts of reference numbers and people we spoke to assuring us payment will happen and it never does. I have even gone as far as paying for my father in laws meds so he doesn’t pass away from not having them, and never been reimbursed. I am utterly disgusted with SA Breweries medical. Pls can someone contact me urgently?
