SAB Zenzele

I am part of the Zenzele scheme that SAB implemented in 2010. Last week I receive an email that I need to check and update my tax details because Zenzele have matured and pay-outs will be made soon. When I tried to call or send an email nobody replies or answer the phones. As per the email, 45% will be paid to SARS if we fail to update our details. Poor service SAB!!! At the end you want to claim we didn't update our details, but when we tried to contact you, you did not answer the phone or reply to my emails.
