SAB Tzaneen

My experience with SAB Tzaneen is entirely unsatisfactory.

The Rep is non existent, we have a draught machine of theirs and it has been serviced 3 times in 5 months of having it (they are supposed to have it serviced - through an external company- every 3 weeks). When you order from them they promise to deliver on a certain date and then don't end up delivering which (as a hotellier) puts you under a lot of pressure as you count on their order to supply for your guests. When you phone and try to find out what going on they tell you that payment is late even when you present them with proof that the payment had been paid in time.

My experience is so bad with them that i will rather pay a higher price -as i unfortunately have to stock their stock- with another supplier than support them directly.
