SAB REP poor service

I have been trying to open a SAB account for the past two years without luck. I am based in the vaal and I was given details of the Rep allocated to my area,I have been in contact with REP on whatsapp for the past 24 months and the REP never came to assist with the account. He has been promising to come and never shows up... 24 months is a long time and I need an explaination as to why it takes so long for me to get assisted.. There service I got from SAB is Unacceptable and I demand urgent attention
