SAB Extremely bad trashy service

I have never come across such bad service actually bad is putting it lightly but *******, disgusting service ever by SAB. My order was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday the 10th of September then no communication what so ever from SAB , until today i call Richard from SAB on this number *** around 11am this morning and he told me to expert my delivery at 15:00 latest 15:30. to my surprise its already 17:00 still nothing , he doesn't answer my calls and now at 17:10 Karabo from SAB tells me the driver has been lost , so the driver has been lost for past 2 hours , not having delivery address contact person and number. but when payment is due magically they can find the number. i am very much ****ed at SAB , this service is below stinking trash..
