SAB dodging responsibility
around a week ago, one of SAB's trucks was standing stationary, at a stop street in the right hand lane. the driver was out of the truck and was adjusting the load. I approached the truck in the left hand lane. a gust of wind suddenly came up and the tarp attached to a pole on the left hand side of the truck, flew up, hit my windscreen and scratched the roof of my car. I stopped showed the driver what happened and he would not show me his drivers licence. I have two witnesses. the driver gave me a person to contact called Chester. Chester first accused me of bumping into his stationary truck, then asked me to send him police report ect... he then informed me that the trucks are individually owner and he would send me the owners details. after not hearing from him I contacted him again and this time he accused me of being negligent as according to him I over took his truck on the left. the truck was stationary and I was in my lane to the left of the truck. I've discovered that Chester is in fact the owner of the truck . he has done everything to dodge responsibility to pay for the damages to my car. the driver was negligent and I should be compensated.
