SAB Denver Depot

My car was bumped into by one of SAB delivery trucks from Denver depot, and caused damage to my driver's side. I have reported the matter and sent through all proof of accident and police case number, in Jan. To this day, no feedback whatsoever from the consultant I spoke to. Everytime I try and locate him, he is out of office, and never gets back to me. This is ridiculous. How long should I drive a damaged car because of their driver's carelessness???
