SAB customer service is very bad 😡😡😡

I submitted a complaint on the 27th May 2023 but have not received any response. I bought a 6pack 330ml at Pick n Pay workshop Durban on the 25th May 2023 and one of the bottle is almost empty, it doesn't have a lid. Also it has a very bad smell. I'm very disappointed as I paying the full amount but I did not get the quality and quantity I payed for.

I even attached the pictures on the Email but no response or acknowledge.
