SAB client service sucks!

I bought a 12 pack of castle lite 500ml tins on Saturday,upon consumption I found 2 completely sealed tins 1 empty the other with what sounds like a little beer left in it. I called the retailer I bought it from who had referred me to the helpline as I was upset that the cardboard and plastic had a terrible smell which I only noticed once I've opened it. I called the helpline ***since Monday and have now spent more airtime then the actual 12 pack initially cost. I am totally disgusted and from what I have read this is not the first instance and I'm not the first consumer who bought the said 12 pack and found that items was empty and that there was bad smells looking forward to SABs reply call me ***
