SAB BULLYING TACTICS
It takes SAB 5 months to pass a credit on your account after having to repeat the process three times, and then still even no credit passed. The credit amounts to at least R 25 000 and still they insist that I pay for new orders/invoices of R 16 000 before delivery can take place. Due to their dismal admin, processes and communication, I am expected to pay them R 16 000 in spite of them owing me R 25 000 and due to their own incapable staff and systems, I am expected to pay for delivery and have to wait 5 months plus for them to repay the credit due to me? Where is the logic or even common sense in this? And then they complain that sales have declined? It is obvious why!! Their own bullying tactics and poor production effectiveness is costing them their own losses. You won't be achieving growth in sales if you don't have the product available or if your accounting system does not allow for purchases to take place because it takes more than 5 months to pass a credit. Wake up, SAB, you are not moving in the right direction at all and are abusing your market support completely - it is backfiring already.
