I got asked for a review on my feedback. I had a complaint of a beer that was leaking in my refrigerator. To be honest i have got a call back and they offered me a R150 voucher. Look the fact they got back to me shows concern which is good. But i feel you guys could have done better. I feel that was an insult giving such a poor voucher for my time and effort supporting you. Trying to contact you. My time spent on the call is equivalent to the value given. Maybe in future give client better value than a R150 voucher.
