SAB Billboard lights blinding us in Bedroom so cannot sleep

For past 20 years I lived in Parkmore in peace with good neighbors’. Over past 5 years businesses started buying houses and turning them into businesses. 122 4th Street is one house turned into commercial operation and installed big billboards with bright floodlights directly into our bedroom. I tried asking nicely for almost 8 months then had a call from the billboard installer who wanted to come and look which I allowed. The person came to my house under false pretenses and spoke nicely that he wanted to see the problem and was willing to fix it which we allowed access for him to see. He then threatened me and provoked me after making it visible that he had a firearm showing when he started being vulgar in my premises. He basically stated that he will do nothing to fix the problem, used more vulgar language and then left. I was worried for my little kids in school and did not want them to be harmed so I tolerated the abuse due to fear and ************. The billboard lights then stopped working and we had almost ten months of good sleep then suddenly it’s on again and double the brightness right into our bedroom. We tried to contact the apparently new owners who is not there due to renovations for past 12 months. I saw a guard 3 days ago and informed him of the light shining into the bedroom and he promised to tell the owners immediately but they don't seem to be serious in fixing the problem. SAB is supporting billboard owners to advertise products we buy and same owners that are violating our human rights and damaging my families’ eyesight and preventing us from sleeping due to brightness and ******* positioning of the floodlights. We are big customers of SAB and feel violated that we are supporting a business that does not care for its customers health or Human rights. After 3 years I am trying a different approach to name and shame and maybe social media may prevent same billboard owner coming back to my house. If I end up in a casket then this complaint will serve as evidence to point at the Billboard owner who may come back and be more aggressive this time around. The owners of 122 4th Street should have made sure they are not violating the residents’ human rights with while making great profits from their Billboard. SAB should either force the owners to comply with Billboard legislations or remove their advertising contracts from all billboard owners’ sights. Load shedding is a blessing and these are night that we can catch up some sleep as no invasive lights. Unhappy Parkmore resident and SAB customer.***
