SAB- Abi disrespect the disabled

How come SAB- Abi are allowed to park in disabled that shows they have no respect for the people that need the parking , especially as I think it's a senior person as the car was a Lexus SUV with the SAB- Abi as it's registration , I find this disgusting , SAB you do not walk on water and you ignore my messages . I hope the co goes down the tubes
