SA Breweries complaint ignored

Opened a shrink wrapped 6 pack of 340ml cans ..one can was sealed but empty. Laid a complaint with SAB on 2nd June... received an acknowledge via Facebook messenger saying it would be acknowledged.....since then no follow up.... despite querying again .it's now 20th June. So much for customer complaint responses...I guess it's only money to them.
