rude call center agent at the SAB Customer interaction center

my grandmother runs a tavern in Soweto and I am in Charge of placing Orders every week and today i hung up before even placing the order, the lady at the CIC was so rude at the phone busy shouting at me for not speaking loud enough for her.

I work with customers too and i know we are trained to be polite and to ask customers in a polite manner to speak louder, i felt like i was a naughty child being scolded.

All I know is that her Name is Palesa and i Hung up before even asking her last name as her Rudeness was too much for me to handle.
