rep dont perform or care

To start off we got umbrellas from them years ago , then it started to fade and they replaced to material only , but this was the worst thing ever, its tore and looks bad .

i ve never seen a representative in the last few years only a market analyzer.

i told him about my problem last year and this year twice , he spoke to the REP and was said they will see me in a few minutes . its now again months

SAB representative never made a turn by me and all complaints fall on deaf hears .

they hire people that just work for a salary and don't care about the brand and the status of the advertising material . no respect for the customer and never been at my place for cold calls or just to introduce themselves
