I've app**** for a Sales Rep position with this company, went through two interviews with the HR and the team leader (Nkateko), from there on I kept getting short notice call to go write test even in Krugersdrop side, I was called back to do a driving assessment and medical test, by then I was was now so sure I'm one baby step to being appointed, the following week I was turned down merely because I have sales experience and was apparently put on a higher scale which surprised me because these were one of their requirements when they advertised this position, I was then told my application was unsuccessful as they gave preference to some guy who was currently unemployed, it turns out he never got the job either, the job was given to a friend of the team leader who was never part of the interviews and test, I fail to understand how their recruitment process works and so disappointed in how things are done, I loved this company and always thought it's a wonderful company to work for, can something be done about this process please, I doubt the superiors are aware of such happenings, I passed all my tests and was still turned down for no valid reason.
