Reckless Truck Driver

Tonight at about 10pm 05/03/2016 me and my husband were driving home from ottery spur, we were in separate cars as my husband came to meet us there at the spur. I strapped my kids into his car and I left with my own car, as we approached the green robot (my husband in front of me) I saw a truck come flying pass just missing my husband's car lucky my husband slowed down as he saw the speed that the truck was approaching the intersection, he hooted at the truck and the driver just hooted back like my husband was in the wrong. and its not as if the robot just turned green it had been green for a while. That could have been my entire family wiped out in front of my eyes. I would like for you to investigate which driver had come in to delivery at 10:00 pm I couldn't get the number plate as it was too dark but it was one of the larger trucks. Please I would like for this driver to be given the harshest disciplinary action possible as he could have killed my entire family due to his reckless driving as he had clearly made no attempt at slowing down at the traffic lights, and he showed clear arrogance as he had the audacity to hoot back at us as if he couldn't care less of what he did.
