Poor support Services

<p>From such Big international company, recently acquired by a Mega company, I sure somewhere in the deal supporting small businesses like local pub or taverns was mentioned. A year ago I rent a pub which the owner has passed on, which wasn’t running for about year since his death. All that time I have been asking to support me when i have an event to which they have nonsense conditions.. All i need (Borrow) is there promotional materials like your Picnic benches, those umbrellas, Outdoor advertising boards. Besides the fact that i m actually advertising their products for them, all i see is that appearance of the pub u know a freshly branded pub not those old boards of Hansa marzine gold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I m having another event in 2 weeks, i asked for those promotional items they told me I didn’t buy anything from them during December 2016 so i must buy 156 cases first to cover lost sales (Not my sales) for December. You know why didn’t I buy, cause some clever person in their offices decide to record my Liquor license expiry date as 04 December 2016 (Year after date of issue: 04 December 2015) not 31 December 2016 as indicated in the liquor license, so my account was suspended, which I didn’t have a problem with cause most distributor/ warehouse have specials during December which actual match their prices. So I don’t care if you are the producer but if I can get it somewhere without problems at the same price then I’m good. </p> <p>Bully tactics (I called it Monopoly muscles), With their "Sales Rep" visit, the guy come in the pub and he complain about me keeping other staff like Hunters dry/ Gold or My drinking water in his/ SAB fridges, I sit there thinking this arrogant *****r complain about that but he doesn’t want to give me promotional items to promote his products so that my customers buy it complain when they buy other staff, which i keep in their fridge.. and his a "sales rep" .. Promote the staff so people can buy it. And said he will confiscate the fridge two months later I’m still waiting (That’s why I called him "Arrogant).</p> <p>They will also force us to sell at their recommended prices, not all of us own those properties, we have rent and other expenses to pay.</p> <p>This is all nonsense.. <strong>#monopoly must fall.</strong></p> <p> </p>
