Poor service at SAB, Springfiled Durban branch

I placed my order on Tues and make a payment on Thur for my delivery on Friday 31 Oct 2025. On Friday morning I was told my order can not be delivered because they do nothave trucks to deliver, yet I have paid my cash and I do not have an alternative to buy another stock for my customers. This is too bad very poor service ans poor management of SAB. Again today this morning 1st Nov 2025, they say they will not deliver they have no trucks I am not on the plan. This is nonsense guys SAB is killing us as small liquor traders in SA yet they do not even give us credit accounts. I am so frustrated on this *** service it is like they are doing us a favour yet we are paying them in full upfront.
