poor service and rude

I ordered from them on Monday and I was promised that they'll deliver the next day! But they didn't do the and they didn't call to inform me that they are not going to deliver and why because they don't care about customers! I'm nothing! Tuesday I called and I was told that my order it's been cancelled without calling me and now they want to tell me that they don't have my number but all this time they were calling me and again and said they'll deliver same day and again they didn't deliver and they didn't call because I'm nothing to them! I'm just a new customer and I just have to do what they want and they don't about my customers and I'm am I going to get them back! I called to day again today and the was this rude man who is working for SAB who drop the phone when I'm talking to him! He wants me to listen to him not to talk! Him didn't do his duties and he want to tell me what must I do and I believe that he should have done them long time ago before the first deliver and now I have no business for two days and he don't care about it! What a poor service and rude!
