Poor service

After having to place my order for my lodge twice in one week... I was not surprised when it turned out that my order was not delivered and not even on the delivery manifest...

Call 5 times in one hour just yo speak to someone wanting answers but not one can provide.... Never in my life have I experienced such poor service and not even caring about their customers
