Pna poor management skills

I have a complain about a manager @PNA working for SAB by the name Ricarfo who is residing in delft , he has no formal method on how to communicate with the staff under his management, disregard privacy and private interests. He would make call you outside individuals to obtain results ,for staff under his results, poor communication skills and leave every discussion and company issues to be resolved on whatsapp. Can not pick up a phone to do due diligence and get information the proper way a manager should
