So i got home after dropping kids at school and i see this big horse and trailer parked across my driveway. So i asked the driver if he could please move a little back as i need to park my car off and that my liftclub is waiting for me. He refused and said they would be another 15min and then only can they move adding to it saying that he is parked in public property.
