Pathetic unprofessional service

I have received the the worst service from both the customer service manager Solani and warehouse manager Marvin at the Bara Soweto Depo regarding my requested order of 9 pallets for different sab brands to this day I am still waiting!!! No process has been followed to deliver my order on time as per my request for Saturday 06 July 2019 and till today nor communication to advise why my order was not delivered or cancelled by them before it was delivered. This has been on going from the beginning of the year and my business has been mismanaged each time it happens. When I call Solani who is supposed to be assisting as a customer manager he won't even pick his phone nor have the decency to call me back. What kind of people do you hire ? Do they even get training to deal with customers if all I hear all the time from SolanI is that he is NEW !!! What kind of mickey mouse games are you playing with my business with your unprofessional and senseless employees????
