pathetic service

I would to lay a complain that I am having problems with SAB yet again can 6 months pass by without me complaining about the service. My orders happens on Tuesdays and due to we had an outing with SAB at North Riding I was told by my Rep that the delivery will happen the following day . Today it's Thursday no delivery... I am highly disappointed cause I don't miss any payment ...
