Pathetic service

Order placed on Monday 27 August or delivery 29 August. Ref number via sms. The way it has always worked. Delivery not received - no notification or call from SAB. Saturday I phone to follow up - order as been blocked and no reason can be given. Confirmation from operator that delivery will be done Monday 3 Sept. Also requested tat someone call me regarding this pathetic service and operator confirmed that I will get a call - still waiting. No delivery - a week later ??????? Called again this morning - will be delivered today - no longer need delivery as I had to buy from local store. So once again the customer means NOTHING.
